All products sold at LUMENT STORY are digital downloads.

No Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded.

Exceptions We will offer a refund or file replacement in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
• The product is significantly different from its description

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at jina.oh81@gmail.com. We will review your request and respond with a refund or a replacement file.
